Ricardo advises domestic and international clients on corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and the design and implementation of complex investment structures. His practice includes the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts, as well as the organization and execution of corporate actions such as capital increases, share transfers, and governance adjustments. He regularly supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions, coordinating due diligence processes and working closely with financial and tax advisors to ensure efficient and compliant deal execution.

In addition, Ricardo provides strategic counsel on regulatory and compliance matters, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) obligations under Mexican law. He has experience advising on highly regulated industries, including gaming and financial services, assisting clients in structuring operations and internal policies to meet applicable legal requirements. His practice is characterized by a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach, with a strong emphasis on risk identification, regulatory alignment, and the delivery of clear, business-focused legal solutions.
