Attorney-at-Law graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana, with postgraduate studies in Corporate Law, Labor Compliance in Mexico, and a specialization in Labor and Employment Law. Has developed a solid professional practice focused on preventive labor counseling, collective labor relations, union negotiations, labor compliance, and the design of legal strategies for the efficient operation of domestic and multinational companies doing business in Mexico.
More than 25 years of experience as labor and employment counsel and strategic advisor in the implementation of corporate structures in compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law, as well as leading and conducting collective bargaining negotiations across various industries in Mexico, including the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and automotive sectors, among others. Extensive experience representing employers in labor litigation and proceedings before both federal and local labor authorities throughout Mexico.
