Attorney specialized in Labor and Employment Law, with experience in litigation, preventive counseling, and regulatory compliance.

His practice focuses on the strategic handling of labor and employment disputes under Mexico’s new labor justice system, as well as the drafting and review of employment agreements, answers to claims, complaints, administrative records, and other instruments related to employment relationships.

Experience in pre-litigation conciliation proceedings, hearings, and other procedural stages, as well as in the development of legal strategies and negotiations aimed at preventing and resolving labor disputes.
