Customs and Foreign Trade consultancy and litigation, with broad experience in the legal framework for the automotive, manufacturing, exports, pharmaceutical and mining industries, among others, as well as in the different industrial promotion programs (IMMEX, PROSEC, DRAW BACK, among others), tariff classification, customs evaluation, non-tariff regulations, incrementals, royalties, custom bonded warehouses, fiscalized permises, desk reviews, domiciliary visits, origin verification of merchandise in terms of the different trade Treaties and Agreements signed by Mexico, interpretation and application of such Treaties, advisory and preparation of legal strategies for the implementation of businesses in Mexico, and planning schemes in order to facilitate imports and exports logistics of multinational and foreign companies.
