Our real estate practice area provides legal services to domestic and foreign individuals and business entities carrying out real estate operations within the Mexican territory.

Investors are frequently concerned with being able to determine the legal status of real estate properties under Mexican laws, since this entails the security of their investments and the success of the projects upon their commercialization. This is the primary reason our Firm offers specialized services in this field.
