Our Values

PRA’s primary values are, among others, to build a close and lasting relationship with each client, in order to provide comprehensive legal services, with perseverance and commitment to teamwork, so as to accomplish the best and most effective, fairly priced and competitive results in accordance with our clients’ needs, commensurate to the benefit received. Our goal is to find adequate solutions for each and every one of our clients’ needs, firstly and foremostly striving to avoid any conflicts or risks in their daily operations or, as the case may be, to satisfactorily resolve, prevent and protect our clients’ interests.

Fees

Aware of the needs of each particular company, sector and individual and, to the benefit of our clients, our Firm’s fee policy is flexible and offers three different options:

  1. Hourly Rate. In this method, each lawyer and paralegal records the time spent in providing the service. Such records are entered into a system designed to process a monthly statement of account, which is sent to our clients the following month. The monthly statement of account itemizes the services provided, as well as any type of extra expenses incurred in the provision of the service.


  2. Monthly Retainer. Fixed amount charged on a monthly basis to the client, which includes our services in one or several practice areas, up to a predetermined limit of hours. This method allows the client to receive services in advance from any of our practice areas, knowing, beforehand, that the amount of fees will not exceed the previously agreed amount..

  3. Engagement Amount. At times, our clients require knowing the amount of fees they would be charged for a given project; in this case, such amount would be charged, irrespective of the amount of hours spent and lawyers involved in the project.
